If you have registered an account, you can check if your order is 'in progress' or dispatched' by clicking  the 'orders' tab.  If the order is dispatched you will find tracking details displayed allowing you to see when your order is due to be delivered. 


If you have not registered, but have provided a valid email address, you will have received a confirmation email that will show if any of the products are 'pre - sale' and an approximate date when these will be available.  Please check this first as your order may be held up awaiting for these plants, since we normally will send your order together wherever possible.


Once your order is on its way you will receive a dispatch email with tracking details so you can check the date your order is due to be delivered. If you have provided us with a mobile number, you will also get a text message the day before, advising a 2 hour window.
