If the price on the website doesn't match the offer, check if you have entered the offer code. This can be found on the front of the catalogue (top right-hand corner), in the advert, or on the order form.  Enter this in the offer code box in the shopping basket exactly as printed, and it will reduce the price accordingly. 

If you have clicked through from an email, you don't need to do this, it has been added for you. 

This means that any offers for percentage discounts will be applied to the website automatically when you click through the email, so no need to add the code again - the prices have already been reduced. Please don't add another code to the offer code box, as this will overwrite the email code and change the prices back! You can only use one offer code on any order so choose the one that works best for you.
