If you are using a voucher from your membership pack, make sure you have registered with us and logged into your account.

 Even if you have bought from us and receive our marketing emails, that doesn't mean you have a web account set up. 

To register, go to the top of the web page, where you will find the link to register your account. Complete the details and make sure you use the same email as you used when you ordered your membership pack.  

Once you are logged in, you will see your membership vouchers in your account and can add them to an order directly from your account
