Tracking your order is easy. As soon as your order has been picked and packed, we will send you an email with the tracking details.  These will come initially from Whistl, but in most cases are passed on to Yodel to deliver to you.  Please consider downloading the Yodel App and make sure you set up a 'safe place' in case you are out when the parcel is delivered, as Yodel do not wait for a signature and may leave on your doorstep if you have not provided a safe place, or nominated neighbour.

 As soon as the parcel is collected, the tracking details will allow you to see the status of your order, and once it gets to Yodel you will get either an email or text to let you know it's on it's way, so do make sure you have provided us with the relevant contact details. 


If you have registered for an account with us, you can also see your order details online, and track the order directly from the account page. 


In some instances, we send smaller parcels with Royal Mail  - please check your delivery email for more information.
