Except for small packages, or very heavy plants, we use Yodel courier services to deliver your parcel in association with Whistl.
You will receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way - this will take you to the Whistl tracking link, but you can copy the Tracking details (the long number starting with JD) into the Yodel website here https://www.yodel.co.uk/track for up-to-the-minute tracking of your parcel.
You do not have to sign for the parcel, and if you are out, the delivery driver will attempt to leave it in a safe place, if there is one easily accessible. Furthermore, you can add short notes for the courier to advise of a safe place, or add your safe place in the Yodel website or app if you know you are going to be out.
For large statement plants or large garden structures, other couriers may be employed and you will be contacted to let you know when to expect your parcel. In these instances, you will need to be available to take delivery of your parcel, or have arranged a safe place with the courier to leave the parcel in your absence.
Please note that we cannot guarantee a delivery date or time, and delivery may be in the evening or at weekend, so please do not provide a delivery business address if this is not open during Yodel standard delivery times.
