Our normal delivery time is between 3 - 5 days from placing your order to shipping, however it can be less for compost and more for orders which includes pre-orders. 

We will normally deliver your whole order together once all items are in stock. If your order includes pre-order items, this may delay the rest of your order, but from time to time the nursery will decide to split an order at their discretion. When this happens, your delivery email will clearly show 'to follow ' and the rest of your order will be shipped once in stock.

If unsure whether your order included pre-order items, please check your confirmation email - there will normally be a date beside the item to give you some idea of when to expect this to be shipped out.
