We offer a Lifetime Guarantee on all Winter Hardy plants. To check if your plant qualifies, look for the Snowflake symbol on the plant web page.

 If your plant has this symbol and has not thrived, we will send you a replacement - all we ask is you pay for the postage. You can call us on our customer services number to pay and place the replacement order, or if you have a PayPal account, email us and we will send you a PayPal invoice for the postage.


If the product is no longer available, we will happily replace it with an equivalent item, or you can wait until the item is back in stock.  Under no circumstances will we issue refunds under our Lifetime Guarantee. 


Please note that the guarantee covers your original order, and not any replacements. Postage is charged per original order, and we reserve the right to reject any claim if it is clear that the plant has not been correctly cared for. 

We may request photos of the plant, so do not dispose of the plant until we have approved the replacement, or we may have to reject your claim.
