If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel an order you must call us immediately on 0333 210 0099 and we will do our best to cancel the order for you before it's shipped and refund your payment. 


If the order is already in 'picking and packing' we are unable to prevent the order being shipped. 


Once shipped to you, we are more than happy to issue a refund for an unwanted order - however the goods must be returned in saleable condition to our nursery (address below) at your cost, and a refund will be processed on safe receipt. 


Please do not refuse delivery with the driver – it must be accepted then returned to us. If refused, Yodel may destroy the parcel and we won’t be able to authorise any refund. 


We recommend that you use a tracked courier for returning your order, as we will ask for the tracking details from you if the nursery is unable to trace the returned order.   Please also make sure you include details of your name and address inside the box to help us identify you .
