If  you wish to be removed entirely from our database, we can certainly do that for you. However,  please be aware that you will not be able to claim for refunds or Lifetime Guarantee on any of your past purchases, as we won't be able to trace your order. 


If you are happy to go ahead, please raise a Support ticket using the link above, choosing ' Removal from Mailing list' option, and let us know you wish us to delete your details from the database. Please make sure you include your full postal (billing) address to help us locate your details on our files.
