We try very hard to pack plants carefully and securely, but very occasionally they may suffer a mishap in transit. 

 If that happens, take a clear photo of the damaged plant and email that to us as soon as you can and we will arrange a replacement for you, or part refund if the damage is minor. 


If you have received a plant that you think is smaller than advertised, please take a photo of the plant against a tape measure, measuring from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant (industry standard measurements) and send a clear photo of the measured size. 


Please also contact us on the rare occasion you might receive the wrong plant or if something is missing from your package that is ticked as shipped on the delivery note. 


Make sure you also include the order number (beginning OR and found on your dispatch note) and your full postal address including postcode.
