We try very hard to pack plants carefully and securely, but very occasionally they may suffer a mishap in transit. 


 If that happens, take a clear photo of the damaged plant and send that to cs@yougarden.com as soon as you can, along with your order number and full postal address, making sure to tell us which item on your order is damaged, if relevant, and we will arrange a replacement for you, or part refund if the damage is minor. 


If you have received a plant that you think is smaller than advertised, please take a photo of the plant against a tape measure, measuring from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant (industry standard measurements) and send a clear photo of the measured size. 


Please also contact us on the rare occasion you might receive the wrong plant or if something is missing from your package that is ticked as shipped on the delivery note.  If its not on the delivery note, but is part of your order, it may be arriving in another shipment. Please check the despatch email we sent, which will tell you what has been shipped and what is to follow. 


Make sure you also include the order number (beginning OR and found on your dispatch note) and your full postal address including postcode  in all correspondence to help us to help you efficiently.


Please note that in cases where a refund is provided, our liability is strictly limited to the cost of the products supplied and delivery charges made to you.
