Although we try to send your order all at one time, there are occasions when we will send your order in more than one consignment.
Typically, this would be for large or heavy items, a large order, or where something on your order is significantly delayed. If you are missing an item from your order, please first check the dispatch confirmation email sent prior to the order, which may show some items 'to follow'.
You can also log into your account (if you have registered) and check if your order is showing as complete. If not, expect a further delivery. You will get another confirmation as soon as your next items are dispatched, so please be patient with us - a further dispatch notice will be sent as soon as the rest of your order is on its way.
I regret our Customer Service team are not able to give you an exact date for the follow-up consignment, so please keep an eye out for the dispatch email.
If, however, your order is showing as complete, and you have received all the deliveries, but something is still missing, contact us on cs@yougarden.com so we can investigate and resolve.
