If all items are in stock we will do our best to ship your order from 3 to 5 working days after receipt.  The order will go on a 48-hour service, so should reach you around 5 - 7 working days.   However, during our busy period from February to the end of June, we may take a little longer, so please be patient with us, we will work flat out to get your order to you as quickly as we possibly can. 

If any of your items were in 'pre-order' then we will normally ship your entire order once these items are in, though some items, such as compost, are frequently shipped separately due to weight. 

If unsure whether your order included 'pre-order' items, please check your confirmation email - there will normally be a date beside the item to give you some idea of when to expect this to be shipped out.
