So if your order is missing, incomplete, or arrives damaged, please  contact us and we will either issue a like-for-like replacement or refund you in full for the item/s. Please note that we reserve the right to request photographic evidence to support your claim, which also helps us to continuously improve our packing processes.

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that imagery and specifications on our website are accurate and up to date, the majority of items we sell are real living, growing plants and as such, their specification or condition may change slightly throughout the year. If you are unhappy with the specification of an item, we will of course endeavour to resolve this to your satisfaction and request photographic evidence as part of the review process.

In such cases where a refund is provided, our liability is strictly limited to the value of the order including the cost of the product and the associated delivery charge.
