Occasionally your order will have items that are out of stock, and preventing us from completing your order.
One reason can be due to a delay in delivery from our growers, or the plants the growers sent us were not up to standard, so we reject them and request a fresh delivery. This can result in a temporary delay in being able to ship your order, but we will keep you updated and let you know just as soon as they become available.
The other reason could be that the plant was on 'pre-order' when it was purchased. What this means is that we have advertised the plants in advance of them being ready, with an anticipated ship date. This would have shown on the website and catalogue, and also on your confirmation - so it's worth double-checking your confirmation for the anticipated ship date. Please note that this can only ever be an estimate - plants grow at the whim of the weather, so they can be delivered earlier or later than expected.
If you have other items on your order, the nursery may decide to split them off and send these separately, depending on the length of the delay, and we will email you the tracking details just as soon as they are shipped.
