Please allow 3–5 working days for us to dispatch your order. Pre-ordered items will be sent as soon as possible after the quoted date.
Most orders are sent via Yodel on a fully-tracked courier service. To prevent perishable items from being delayed at depots and deteriorating, no signature is required, and the courier is instructed to leave your parcel in a safe place on your property, so please provide us with somewhere safe to leave the parcel if you are likely to be out.
You’ll receive a tracking link when your order is dispatched, so you can see when it’s due to arrive. It can take 24 hours for the courier service to update the tracking, so if your tracking is showing as 'with sender' please wait 24 hours (1 business day) and check again.
Please be aware that once delivered to your safe place, we cannot accept responsibility for loss or theft from your property. If you have specific delivery instructions, you can provide them at checkout by entering a short message for the courier.
Smaller, lighter, single-item orders may be sent via Royal Mail. These orders will not include tracking.
Our expert nursery team always ensure your plants are sent fresh and in ideal condition to thrive once planted. While most plants are hardy and can withstand all but the most extreme frosts or heatwaves, we may delay dispatching the most perishable varieties during severe weather or over Bank Holiday weekends.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific day or time and please be aware that delivery companies also deliver at weekends and evenings, so ensure the delivery address is not a business or school that may be closed during these times.
Deliveries to outlying postcode areas may take an additional 1–2 days, depending on your location.
