Do you offer trade or wholesale pricing?

While we don’t have a dedicated trade catalogue or pricing list, we may be able to accommodate your order depending on:

• Product availability
• Order size
• Time of year

We handle all bulk and trade requests on a case-by-case basis — just get in touch and we’ll be happy to advise.

How to enquire

To request a quote or discuss a large order, please complete our Contact Form with the following details:

• A list or description of the products you’re interested in
• Quantity required
• Preferred delivery timeframe
• Your contact and business details (if applicable)

Important Information

• We do not offer trade accounts or credit terms – all orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
• If you need a pro forma invoice before paying, just let us know in your enquiry.
• Orders must be based on our current range and available sizes — we’re unable to source bespoke varieties for tenders or custom specifications.

Delivery & Deadlines

• We aim to despatch orders as quickly as possible, but timed or guaranteed delivery dates are only available on palletised orders, which may incur additional fees.
• While we do our best to accommodate delivery requests, standard orders are subject to normal courier scheduling and cannot be guaranteed for specific dates.

Terms & Liability

All trade and bulk orders are subject to our standard Terms & Conditions and UK consumer law. YouGarden’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the order, including any applicable delivery costs. We are unable to offer additional guarantees or compensation beyond these terms.
