We understand that sometimes you change your mind — and we’ll do our best to help cancel your order if it hasn’t already been processed.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes - if your order hasn’t been picked, packed or despatched, we’re usually able to cancel it and process a full refund.
Because we work to despatch orders quickly, there may be a short window to make changes — so please get in touch as soon as possible.
How to request a cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service team and have your order number to hand.

- Send us a Message or Email us at cs@yougarden.com [recommended for cancellations requests for pre-order items / items that are no longer available i.e. non-urgent]
What if my order has already been picked, packed or despatched?
If your order has been picked, we will ask our packhouse to cancel your order. However, this isn’t guaranteed and isn’t always successful as once orders are picked, they are packed and despatched quite quickly.
If your order has been packed and is already on its way, we won’t be able to cancel it. However, we can help you with:
- Delivery tracking
- Returns (where applicable)
- Replacements or other follow-up support
