Can I cancel my membership?
One Year Membership:
- The YouGarden Discount Club one year membership is non-refundable once activated.
- You cannot cancel this item once purchased as it does not auto renew
- You will continue to receive your benefits (e.g. discounts and exclusive offers) for 12 months from the date of purchase
- As it does not automatically renew – there’ll be no further action required on your end as the membership benefits will automatically cease after 12 months from the date of purchase
Auto Renewal Yearly Subscription:
Yes, you can request cancellation at any time. However, please note:
- The Auto Renewal Yearly Subscription is non-refundable once activated.
- You will continue to receive your benefits (e.g. discounts and exclusive offers) for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Once cancelled, the membership will no longer automatically renew, and the membership benefits will cease

What happens next?
Once your cancellation is confirmed:
- You’ll still have access to your member benefits until the expiry date.
