I want to cancel my membership

We’re sorry to hear you’d like to cancel your YouGarden Discount Club membership — but we’re here to help make the process as smooth as possible.

Can I cancel my membership?

One Year Membership:

• The YouGarden Discount Club one year membership is non-refundable once activated.
• You cannot cancel this item once purchased as it does not auto renew
• You will continue to receive your benefits (e.g. discounts and exclusive offers) for 12 months from the date of purchase
• As it does not automatically renew – there’ll be no further action required on your end as the membership benefits will automatically cease after 12 months from the date of purchase

Auto Renewal Yearly Subscription:

Yes, you can request cancellation at any time. However, please note:

• The Auto Renewal Yearly Subscription is non-refundable once activated.
• You will continue to receive your benefits (e.g. discounts and exclusive offers) for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Once cancelled, the membership will no longer automatically renew, and the membership benefits will cease

How to request cancellation

What happens next?

Once your cancellation is confirmed:

• You’ll still have access to your member benefits until the expiry date.
• Your membership will not auto-renew, and no further charges will be made.
