Which areas do you deliver to?

We are based in rural South Lincolnshire, England, and are proud to deliver to customers throughout most of the UK.

If an order is placed for delivery to an international freight-forwarding company, or if plants are subsequently taken outside of the UK, this is done entirely at your own risk. Such orders are not covered by our Double Satisfaction Guarantee.

We always aim to ensure your items arrive in the best possible condition, so we recommend checking your delivery location before placing an order.

Do you deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man or Scottish Highlands?

Yes, we can deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, and Scottish Highlands — but please note that delivery times may be longer than our standard service.

Some large or particularly delicate items may be restricted due to the extended journey, and additional delivery charges may apply depending on the product and location.

When placing your order, our system will calculate any applicable charges before you complete checkout, so you’ll always know the cost upfront.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to deliver to Northern Ireland. This is due to plant health regulations and the additional complexities of shipping live plants and gardening products across borders. We want to make sure everything we send arrives in the best possible condition, and at present, we can only guarantee this for deliveries within mainland UK.

Do you deliver abroad?

Sadly, we can’t deliver outside of the UK. Plant health regulations, costs, and delivery timescales make it tricky to ensure our plants arrive in perfect condition.
