Our standard delivery timeframe is 7-10 working days.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Delivery times may vary slightly due to stock levels, item types, or seasonal demand.
- If any of your items are a 'pre-order item' then we will normally ship your entire order once these items are in, though some items, such as compost, or bedding plants are frequently shipped separately due to weight.
- If unsure whether your order included 'pre-order' items, please check your confirmation email - there will normally be a date beside the item to give you some idea of when to expect this to be shipped out. We will keep you up to date with progress and let you know if this changes.
- Large or bulky items [e.g. tools, machinery] may be despatched directly from the supplier and handled differently with different delivery timescales.
- Delivery to remote postcode areas can sometimes take an extra 1-2 days.
If Delivery Seems Delayed
- Be sure to check your email for tracking updates or shipping confirmations.
- If the above delivery timeframe has passed, it’s likely something has gone wrong during transit.
