I’m a club member – do I still get a discount on these items?
Club members will benefit from a 7.5% discount off these items; however, these items are excluded from any other discount.
How Are These Items Delivered?
Unlike our plants, many outdoor living and tool items:
- Are delivered directly from the manufacturer or supplier
- May arrive in separate parcels from the rest of your order
- May have longer delivery timeframes
If you’ve received part of your order and are waiting on other items, it’s likely they’re being shipped separately.
Tracking & Delivery Info
- Some items are shipped via courier with tracking
- You may receive a separate tracking email from the supplier or delivery partner
- Larger items (e.g., sheds or furniture) may be sent via pallet and require someone to be home to accept delivery
Something Missing or Damaged?
If your outdoor item:
- Hasn’t arrived after the estimated timeframe
- Arrived with damage
- Is missing parts or instructions
Please Send us a Message and include:
- Your order number
- The item name
- A photo (if damaged or incomplete)
We’ll liaise with the supplier on your behalf and get it resolved as quickly as possible.
Returns & Cancellations
For returns or cancellations of outdoor items:
- Please notify us as soon as possible
- These items may be subject to different return procedures due to their size or supplier dispatch
Our team can provide the correct instructions depending on the item.
