Can I make changes after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been processed or despatched, we may be able to:
- Update the delivery address
- Change the quantity or item(s)
- Cancel an item
- Add a note to your delivery
As we aim to despatch orders quickly, there’s only a small window where changes can be made — so it’s best to contact us as soon as possible.
How to request a change
Please contact our Customer Service team with the following details:
- Your order number
- The change you’d like to make
- Any other relevant info (e.g. new address, item swap)

What if my order has already been sent?
If your order has already been despatched, we’re unable to make changes. However, we may be able to help with:
- Advice on returns or replacements
- Delivery tracking or courier contact
- Product support after delivery
