Carefully Picked and Packed
Your order is carefully selected and packed by our dedicated team. Because we sell a wide variety of plants and garden products, we use different box sizes and shapes, with experienced packing supervisors choosing the best packaging to protect your items during transit.
Packaging Designed to Protect
Our packaging is specially designed to withstand damage during delivery while keeping your plants safe. Some plants come packed inside plastic ‘mini greenhouses’ or wrapped in plastic to prevent movement, offering extra protection.
We’re also committed to the environment — all our boxes are made from high-quality recycled and fully recyclable cardboard, and any plastic packaging used is recyclable too.
What’s Inside Your Parcel?
Each delivery includes a Despatch Note listing the items in your order, prices, and reference numbers. Please check this carefully when your order arrives to make sure everything is as expected.
In some cases, your order may be split into multiple parcels, which we’ll confirm by email and clearly show on your Despatch Note.
You’ll also find a QR code on the delivery note — scan it with your phone’s camera to visit our Plant Guide for tips on how to care for your new plants.
Delivery Updates & Tracking
Once your order is despatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey and prepare for its arrival.
